By accessing or using CAIZA ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CAIZA provides a platform for creating, configuring, and deploying AI agents via REST API and embeddable widgets. The Service includes account management, API key provisioning, agent configuration, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content; violate any applicable laws; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; or exceed reasonable usage limits.

5. API Keys and Access

API keys are confidential credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your keys. Revoke compromised keys immediately. We may suspend keys that violate these terms.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Conversation data processed through the Service may be sent to third-party LLM providers as necessary to generate responses.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
